Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Saaha, Inc. ("Saaha," "we") handles information collected through saaha.ai (the "Site"). It covers the Site only. Use of Saaha Fabric OS is governed by the agreement between Saaha and your organization.
Information We Collect
When you request a briefing, we collect the work email address and company name you provide. When you email us, we receive the contents of your message and your contact details.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to operate and secure the Site. The Site does not use advertising cookies.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and whether a briefing request was submitted. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, browser, and pages visited. We do not send your email address or company name to Google Analytics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How We Use It
- To respond to your briefing request and contact you about Saaha.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including measuring how it is used.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and manage briefing requests, including our hosting provider (Netlify) and analytics provider (Google), under contracts that limit their use of it. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Saaha and others.
Retention
We keep briefing-request information for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to the request and maintain our relationship with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your Choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and opt out of further contact, by emailing hello@saaha.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
